cloe elizabeth st james is a twenty four year old miami resident. cloe was born and raised in north carolina, but always had big city dreams. she grew up on a farm, and if her friends in miami looked back at the old cloe they wouldve thought she was a completly different person. she was a caring sweetheart that put everyone before herself. that was until her freshman year of highschool. her fathers business was sold and the family was forced to move to miami. cloe wasnt to happy, but she continued her life the way it was. it was hard being the new girl. she was always geting picked on or made fun of for being the 'valley girl'. everything changed in her sophomore year of highschool when she met donnie. donnie introduced her to parties, booze, drugs and sex. now cloe cant get enough. cloe's mother recently died so that is a subject that is never to be brouight up around her, or she will snap.
cloe does what she wants, not what anyone else wants. she is self centered, cocky, rude, and just plain and simply put, a bitch. she doesnt really care about other peoples emotions, and she has no filtre from her head to her mouth. most of cloe's friends used to be her enemies back in highschool. but now that she is miss popular and throws a party practically every night people love her. she knows that she has fake friends, and that doesnt bother her. cloe wont purposly piss someone off, unless they piss her off first. she has stolen boyfriends from people, and is usually striving to be the center of attention. cloe loves guys. she loves hot guys, smart guys, naive guys, and recently, younger guys. cloe is a bit of a whore. she loves hooking up and thinks she is pretty good at it.

WEST && CLOE Well. She sounds as though she loves guys as much as West loves girls. And if she loves partying too, I could definitely see her and West becoming great party pals. He doesn't have much of a filter from head to mouth so they could have a blast hanging out. I fail at plotting, I'm sorry. Perhaps they could be friends? Fling? Something? Add/subtract

she would most likely turn to him when she parties. however, when she gets really drunk one of two things could happen, either she would be all over him or she would get all sobby and 'wah i hate my life my moms dead, i have no one' etc. when she got all depressed she would turn to him for his rock hard abs and hotness support. but i like friends w/ flirts and what not.

WEST && CLOE His rock hard abs and beautiful face listening skills and soft spot for pretty ladies are really great at comforting those that are depressed. Even if he's a we bit selfish and self centred. Flirting friends definitely sounds good to me.

cloe is very self centered, she can be a bit of a conceited little bitch actually. she is having an affair with a married man, so flirting /possibly hookg up with west wouldnt bother her, and if his wife confronted her cloe would shrug it off and walk away, unless of course she was provoked to do otherwise. but we should thread / im these two if you want.
